Online orders: 30-day free returns
If you're not happy with a piece you bought on our website, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We pay the return shipping.
How to return
Call (605) 845-3759, text (605) 850-9455, or email info@halfinterestpawn.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid, insured return label. Please send the item back in the condition you received it, with any box or papers it came with.
If you're local, you can also bring it to the store at 211 N Main St, Mobridge, within the same 30 days.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund your original payment method within 3 business days. There is no restocking fee.
Final sale
Items resized, engraved or altered at your request, and special orders, can't be returned.
Damaged or not as described
If your item arrives damaged or isn't as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a full refund.
In-store purchases
Most purchases made in our store can be returned or exchanged within 48 hours with a receipt.
