From Pollock to Larsen's: SD-1804 South Along Lake Oahe
SD-1804 runs from SD-10 in Pollock south along the Oahe reservoir and into Mobridge. Pollock's own community site calls it Scenic Highway 1804, and it carries the Lewis and Clark Trail.
Google Maps timed it at 42 minutes on 9 October 2026; allow 40 to 45. The 1804 corridor sits high above the water in places and catches wind hard, so check SD511 before a winter run.
The last few blocks: SD-1804 comes into town on 4th Avenue East and ends at US-12, which runs through Mobridge as Grand Crossing Avenue. Turn right onto Grand Crossing, then left (south) onto Main Street; Larsen's is two blocks down on the west side, with curb parking at the door.
